Too many variables to even hazard a guess! 44c I remember was someone's fire sale valuation for the entire company, so if they haven't made a deal with CVC and are trying to rustle together something themselves still then maybe 42 is not far off the mark, but if there is a deal, it's going to be alot closer to the $1 IMO.
