By definition in every legal case
one set of lawyers are wrong/stupid/wasting everyone's time and money arguing a useless/incorrect point
and the other set that are rightous/correct/arguing an honest point
The judge/jury decides which is which!
Both sides make a packet regardless of the outcome! Thats why lawyers don't care which side of the argument they are on, they just do a background check on the client before they start litigation to make sure you can pay the bill!
