Another thing I noticed, it said that various shareholder approvals (such as under the related party provisions of the Corporations Act) will also be sought....
Does this mean someone in ATC already has an interest in FNTS?
Secondly, why buy FNTS? Why not just go up to them and say I will give you a better wholesale rate than you are currently getting?
