The high court challenge will be an interesting one if it were to proceed.
The eco-tards will have to take on the SA Government - LCK have followed all regulations and legislation.
I would imagine any challenge would be dismissed - and at the risk of 'baiting' the eco-tards on here - tell me upon what grounds the challenge would be based?
