If I may contribute just a little bit to the laugh this has all become - Yes, Nuheara buds have audio amplification. But that is not quite all - There is also a little something called SINC which means that you can select the amount of background noise which is intruding on your listening. Is it your position that this is useless for an audio processing disorder? I would humbly submit that it would be very useful, particulary when out and about where you have no other way to control the external environment (Cars, crowds etc) - Not if you want to hear and understand speech
