The tyre kicker is left holding a big bag of shares but not enough to be top dog ( Avb has its board members and I seem to recall that Oz can have one or two).

We all go to the next AGM as one big happy disfunctional family and wait for Uncle Terry ( the obnoxious one who drops his pants and make disparaging remarks about Aunties) to fire up.

The various factions can have their moments in the sun, the dirty washing gets hung out and maybe, possibly, some heads will roll.

Of course, this is only one possible reality.

Oz or even another entity may do their level best to dodge Uncle Terry and the potential shenanigans that could ensue, my thoughts are they will wave some more cash around.

I’m probably totally wrong but I’m banking on Oz or another player to kick some more into the kitty to guarantee a happy ending for themselves ( and me).

It’s only money to me but it’s reputations at stake to the suits!

PS I’m close to having to sell some stock for personal reasons but I won’t sell any more of my shares than I have to, I’ll just cover my bit that I need and hang to as many Avb’s as I can, till the water clears.

I an not an expert. But i would have thought that the 50.1% condition means that OZL does not have to follow through and actually purchase the shares 'sold' to it if it does not reach 50.1%- can someone knowledgeable on TO rules please comment
