My guess is they are putting together enough to cover the debt so that they don't have to sell the majority share for a 'distressed' price.

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't come out next week saying the debt has been paid off and that they aren't selling the majority share in Stella.

That way it gives them more breathing space to get a 'reasonable' price further down the line, should they still need to sell part of Stella.

Could be the best outcome for shareholders if that's the case.
