This is nothing new, occupancy levels have been falling for a couple years now, the hope is they will not continue to do so for much longer. The valuation has not been as enticing as it is right now as far as I'm concerned. I'm not saying this doesn't involve a reasonable portion of risk, however, if this business can turn around and deliver on what the recent announcement promises, there will be a significant re-rate of the share price indeed. It is easy to point out the negatives, because there are so many. It should be noted that G8 are not the only ones feeling the heat.
