I have found that with the subprime debacle, alot of the major banks who are shareholders of small spec companies are reducing their exposure (cause their risk profile has changed)
I have found that with BMO (although it is not in the same category as VRE)
Just have been observing this capper, and it reaks of a major holder reducing exposure. Its blatant 500k sells are the call sign of a "dtr" who has been ordered to feed a large order into the market, and doesn't know how to do it Inconspicuously. (must be from bell potter). The good news is once its over it will explode (seen it too many times, causes a major build up, and people hold back from buying, and if they feel it is over and they have missed the boat) BAMO!
