some questions to be answered are

(1) how much of teh profit menioned above is meant to be cash and how much inrement in asset values? cash pays ineterst, not profit.

(2) if they have to sell assets now, will they relaise anything like full value and in fact end up taking losses versus where teh accounting values of tehse assets is now?

(3) default to one financier is presumably a default to all banks, so not sure whther they are seeking waivers all round

(4) why woudl the CEO resign and take none of his entitlements if all was rosey on the Gold Coast.
