Nope. Since he has already announced his acceptance he would have missed out on the acceptance facility for accepting too early, losing control over his shares.
If he had been patient, like most people (exerting greater pressure on OZL), at least he would have retained some control via the IAF - i.e. the ability to revoke acceptance at any time before OZL declares the offer unconditional.
But as it is announced the IAF is still too little too late by OZL. Me thinks they are either poorly advised or being too clever by half.
