They have $11mill in cash, hold 20.4mill UMC shares (value $16.6mill), have Copernicus coming online by June and lots of base metals projects under exploration and one of the best packages for uranium exploration in Australia imo. Copernicus Deeps drill results are due in the next day or two according to management.
Market Cap is currently just over $30mill.
BBY value THX at $0.62 and their assumptions are extremely conservative.
