This does look like a company that is undervalue.
But based on my research, they tend to sellf down assets before it becomes fruitition.
Take for example the Mt Marion asset, MIN were earning in 40% but they were to cover all the cost upto and including development costs. At that stage NMT had 60% interest, but they have sold it down to now only ~13%, also a year ago they wanted to sell the remaining ~13%.
