I agree, BUT the only proviso is, how are they replaced?

They have developed so many contacts and associations within Brazil and the local communities.

How would the BOD handle relationships locally if forced to resign?

How would the locals feel after the relationships they have forged over the last few years was to fall apart?

I wouldn't see an easy transition, but it is an interesting concept.
