    I am in this seems underpriced , given Axelrock is looking to accept $A0.45 a share , Also what is basically the parent company of ZER which is UIL stated in its annual report that ZER was at a discount to its NAV
    I would have bought into BGH where ZER owns most of its shares (89%) however it has very low liquidity
