well it has board support and there havent been to many complaints on the ELL board especially since its a merger of equals at least in value terms tho i think ELL shareholders are getting the better deal ( under used and under appreciated GNL tentements with JV partners taking some of the costs while giving GNL the option to take a stake) and ELL management are going to be running the shebang ( gutnick got out) potential is there.
Im going to assume ELL will pass it, expect upside for both companies now esp since GNL have been given the green light to move
