bevter and johnny ell agm date

30th of november last year was the AGM date. Which means unless they call a EGM to vote ive got no idea, unless the company is able to accept and they put it to a postal vote ( are they able to do that) anyway GNL have given the result, its interesting ELL havent posted any updates on any EGM or new AGM or vote. All they say is that ELL management are intending to vote and support it, ELL management are already in control of GNL ??? or not, dunno cant shed any light.
