There's a dogged determination by Big P to make drugs the be-all-and-end-all. And clearly they are not. Connection is much more powerful, but that's hard to monetize, and money rules. IMHO Doctors should be compelled to attend "listening classes" to learn how to do it.

I would think that the quantity of drugs prescribed would decrease if they listened to the actual patient complaint rather that assume they already knew
