WOW.
So one of the major reasons this company is not profitable (cough) is that they over utilise specialist contractors because they need to supplement the useless technical staff they have employed, or had in senior management positions in the past.

Now the way they see their way out of this, is to pay huge subcontractor rates again (whilst treating their own staff like garbage) because they are cashed up. ..i mean not as in debt as they should be...i mean not caring about economic financial responsibility.

I keep getting asked by "specialist operations contractors" whether I recommend going there to help out and what pay rates and schedules they should be asking for. I have said if its less than 1250 a day its not enough.

And I am pretty sure that the points in the report are utter tripe.
