Optimism

June 1, ringing the bell at Nasdaq, I suspect because of the 6th anniversary of listing, but
that's just me.....
Since listing we've been through more than a couple of deficit notices (trading below $1
for a period of 6 months) but got ourselves out of them, admittedly the last one by a
ratio change, 30:1 to 100:1 adrs.....Anyway, we managed to hang in there.....
We lost our CVAC, much to the angst of some.....In my mind management have been
vindicated by the decision to farm it off for someone else (sydys) to promote ......
Sydys have been unsuccesful in getting anyone else interested.....Essentially it is gone
in my mind.....again, that's just me.....
In the meantime we acquired Immutep SA for $28M and acquired the Lag3 research
and its founder which in 2018 is one of the predominent targets of Big Pharma for
its immunotherapy and combination potential......
This $28M buy will prove to be the "buy" of the century IMO.......
Anyway, in 3-4 weeks time we roll into ASCO with presentation for 3 disciplins
of progress in this field.
Optimism is building...
