Good points ..Valadthe and Kinsella . Ive been very happy with my property , they are either new homes or renovated , In particular Im familiar with New Homes and Land because this has been my area for emplyment for many years .
And I note the land I am selling now has just gone up once again Today around 4% . A block I purchased some 6 years ago for around 51k sells now for around 152 k , the results in established homes flow from here , Sales are extremely strong . This thought of HOPING for a price decrease is Crazy , Ive seen it time and time again over the years. Never try to predict " top and bottoms " in anything , no one has that timing . Its time in the market , the examples of BHP and RIO , same principle I paid $18.25 for the major portion of my RIO shares , but Im sure there would have been some i*iot out there telling me I was doing the wrong thing !
Which regard to principle residence , I always go with desired Life syle , for me my place is " Heaven on a stick " , because I love golf , and all the other sporting and social options that come with where I live , Really encourages you to get involved .. and fast internett , and recycled water meaning unlimited water use . Im NOT selling it I just very much enjoy the lifestyle as do all my family .
