Just a pessimist view savy , he said should for a start and not WILL , there has been further articles post that reference that has lead to legal argument that EMH has legal rights to mine from the Government themselves . Babis is not that stupid to have to go to arbitration , he would also be condemned for ever by the European Union where he has too many ties in his conglomerate and within the Czech Government to give up . His personal empire is so intrinsically linked with the EU and grants he could not afford to snub proper democracy and its laws . It is just another miss information article which is rife in Europe . All will be revealed once Government is formed .
