All I can say is Beeptool will be the door-opener for a lot of projects in africa. John Enoh is well conected and help SAS to get in contact with different possible customers. But this takes time. At the end, if everything works, 30mio will be nothing. Therefore you can read in the announcemet "MIN. Payment of 30mio".

AND: I really don't understand why some of us don't put some user on ignore. Sometimes it's better to say nothing.
