"- FC capital has not sold shares". You state this as fact, but FC is not a substantial holder so is not required to notify the market when it has sold.

BIG has not indicated whether fc has sold any but if they had not, I would say they would have said so because it would add to their case. My guess is FC are likely to have sopd some if not all the shares issued, and if not, only failed to because they did not asx/asic clamping down at this point.
