IMO the fundamental here is that pFS and issue of shares to Tolga are inextricably intertwined- he has rights issue of $1.5m, lower SP = more shares. Once issue complete rebalancing possible along with other elements like renaming, selling off gold assets and increasing communication to an ever more interested marketplace. At current price this would be cheap bolt on acquisition!
