IMO no one will see any announcments relating to the situation in Brazil while a bid is in progress, neither good nor bad. Some may say well you can't stop a regulator if they have some material thing to announce, they are welcome to that assumption, its not mine. Your point on valuation is valid, always comes down to the salient point, something can only ever be valued for transfer on what a buyer will pay. We all live by this with our own homes everyday, just the way markets are supposed to work. For me I am interested in how the count goes from here.
