I've had more of a look at this.
A few things jump out.
Their freight costs are US$92/T = A$122. Thats for 100km further than RWD over 50% more dirt.
They have to construct as much road as RWD.
They have dropped solar and are using gas and have said that the gasman will pick up the capital costs for the pipeline hence no capital allowance.
Their royalty assumptions are very questionable based on the detailed discussion on p34 of the RWD pfs
