they ARE interested in ZFX and it is an acquisition which fits in nicely for them.

Also, Owen Hegarty has great ambitions for OXR, and to really further establish itself as one of the big time players, it will be looking at a major acquisition such as ZFX rather than picking up scraps in the market.

Also, last week Hegarty was further commenting to the market that they believe there is great value in Zinc over the coming years and are very interested in increasing their exposure to this sector.

So, IMHO to really get OXR to move to the next level, and quickly, Hegarty will be interested in a major acquisition. He may be waiting on whether RIO are going to offload something first.
