Yes they are licensed to take 460,000 megs. That is not the issue i pulled you up on. I replied to your post when you incorrectly stated that they had unlimited water rights. that statement was untrue and also slanderous, also that it was owned entirely by the Chinese, another untrue remark from you.
Again they can only take water, which they pay for, when there is a flow in the rivers. It is clear to see you have never seen the area and setup as you would then realise the only times they can take large amounts of water is in a flood.
Maybe you might realise that you are the one with egg on your face now. Best you get your facts right.
