Sirdean. You are probably correct re the offer not being successful at $1. Unfortunately, I am one of the AGM investors who have become too attached to this stock, being a holder since way back when. Cardinal sin of investing, I know but I (and others i am sure), now believe that having gone this far, I am entitled to see the upside of AGM. It is well documented that Nickel a plenty is there, otherwise ZFX would not be interested. Everyone has their price though, even me and I assume, the "beards". Good luck to all that hold ZFX and AGM and let's see how this pans out. I suppose this sort of negotiating is why we all love to be in the market. And to make a bit of cash as well!!
