I'm actually back in Australia for now until probably late in the year, then hopefully back to Europe.
My pure guess on FBR SP.
1. slow rise up to 22.5c in anticipation of completion,
2. 26c if CAT goes binding,
3. 30 - 35c if testing goes well and first house gets built to a good standard.
4. 50c on the first real order if it happens.
5. 50+ if KSA goes binding after that, though i have a feeling KSA will fizzle out
or sub 12c if CAT bails and testing goes on for much longer than expected
