How does one start a CA? Who are the legal firms that would take it on?

I was at the 2015 AGM and I distinctly remember NC saying that all the military stuff was done and dusted and the next step was procurement or words like this. He definitely used the word procurement. It was all spin and misleading statements IMO. Back in June 2015, NC emailed me and said that all military testing was complete and that all they were doing was Preparing and discussing budgets for funding release. Too many intentional lies IMO. I would join a CA too.
