Just to be clear: COB had to give HAV the tests results by April 30th. BUT it is HAV which will release the findings after they have analysed them and if they want to. They are in the midst of discussions with a potential investor for the past few months so I am not sure what they will do about the tests results.
Also as rightly highlighted by Arct73, COB has neighbours with likely the same type of ore body ( Sulphide) . COB could either process their ore for a fee if their reserves do not justify th investment in a processing plant OR COB could licence its know how (there is a patent pending) to these miners to make the processing financially worth it.
