pingu the fed could cut rates to zero and it will make no difference....we had a technical bounce...all banks have hit top end resistance ...especially anz...the markets in europe are and have just retraced towards the massive head and shoulder resistance levels...watch them pull away very quickly from current levels....remember bear markets love bull traps..the bigger the bull trap the bigger the downward move.
