I agree the new laws are not good for those that developed under the old laws, but that does not apply for this stock. While I held some AVZ very early on, I sold too soon because of sovereign risk worry mostly. I only re-entered after the new rules (and a very hefty pullback). So I agree, sovereign risk changes over time, but having the new rules lessens that risk in my view, probably for the next decade, from a law change point of view.

Aren’t the new royalty rates and taxes still far below some of the other lithium mining nations? Mining in DRC is still far more profitable than mining in Canada or even Chile?
