Thanks SoT. Exactly what I am trying to understand and helps clarify. It also helps clarify why they are happy with recent results, including links to the 'marker' technology, as now they'll be able to measure it.
i would have thought they have nailed mechanism of action - but also wonder why it matters so much, so long as it does, without side effects. Could just be a 'miracle of nature' that we are yet to understand - much like the rest of nature really..!!
Cell specificity I thought they had made progress on in several areas - or am I off the mark here?
IF, and I mean IF, they are the three main Q's then maybe we are getting closer and the recent announcements / data packs make more sense as that is definitely what they seem to be targeting.
