Dosent look good ? why so negative - lets wait and see as you dont really know - its a normal process to address any concerns and part of the process. Its just ASIC flexing their muscle. Could simply be in wording terminology
Also it states " pending the release of announcement - so before the release so nothing to do with previous announcements IMO
Ive noticed since you mentioned youve sold some shares you have become rather negative on FFG which begs question why you still here then ?
