Thanks for that info re who's running what. I thought ITC was the operator at Growler because all the updates keep coming from ITC. But other posters seem to think VPE is the operator.

If ITC is indeed the company in charge then what's all this attacking VPE about.I think Eddie has spotted a severely undervalued VPE and is trying to strike before VPE starts appreciating.

VPE will appreciate much more strongly than ITC.
