Simple explanation - the office colour laser printer ran out of red toner, and switched to printing reports in monochrome.....lots of big numbers appearing in dark grey amongst other black numbers.....easy to miss, lol
Didn't SG have an operation here in Oz many years ago?? All links to Australian websites for SG seem to be broken these days, so I'm guessing they pulled out when the good times ended?? I remember attending some seminars at very flash SG offices in Sydney a while back.
