in a way it is good... there was a growing belief that the umpire is sleeping on the job... at least the recent works of ASX proves that someone is looking at the happenings more closely now than ever before...
in the long term, it will only be a good thing... more lean and clean... the fluff will be removed from the announcement ONE DAY in the near future IMO !!!
