What you are saying is that you believe that when MMX was established by the same dodgy promoters who started CHM it was all above board and the current MMX board have inherited no sins of the past.
Unfortunately a company is an ongoing entity that must answer for the sins of its past directors. I beleive CHM was never supposed to be resurrected so the transactions that the case now hinges on would have been buried.
The people now holding large stakes in CHM need to see this through as the size of their holdings requires a solution for all shareholders ie a result in the case.
The time for a settlement was when CHM approached MMX pre launching case.
