I have already stated my reasons for not expecting a placement....could be wrong....but the rise in the SP has been "Steady as she goes' ...no major spikes n sell down for the past 3-4 months. This is a specific strategy IMO to instill confidence in the stock's ability to grow solidly and steadily. Nic is a compentant operator....one only needs to look at his past success's.

This will and prob already has attracted more sophisticated investors ( Institutions?) ready to support the stock by taking a long term position (Escrow of say 1-2 years) to support the company.

I am a long term holder and will continue to hold my core holding for the long term and trade seperately as the opportunity arises.

There is much much more too come IMO...guess we will all have to wait n see???
