Mr Money, I find your posts bewildering. the company that raised that much money in australian was either Natural fuels which is in just about a worse position than AAE or global ethanol which was intended to float but delayed due to lack of interest.

Read yellowcakes posts about food and fuel arguement and you will see that biofuels is fighting a loosing battle in feedstock. there is UK company using jatropha plant as feedstock - non food feed stock, yet it is also struggling.

got out of AAE sometime ago, thinking i would get back only to see its major project be sold off leaving a shell with an amount of money which has yet to be quatified.

I got into AAE because it seemed to have covered all its bases - hedged the oil feedstock costs with the farmers co-operative such that the cost was always a % of the desiel price gauranteeing a gross profit from operations and the $1 per gallon subsidey being the profit element to be shared between the farmers co-op and AAE.

It seems that somewhere along the road to Beatrice this fall of fthe back of a truck as did the offloading of the plant even after their concerted comments by management about the plant and its operations.

The value of this company now is the level of cash discounted by the amount management will spend on 'things'.

Best thing would be to make a hostile takeover and strip the cash out. But dont know the level of cash and it seems raiders dont know either.
