merger

On the 15th of Jan i posted that something was wrong with this stock as it was not recovering along with the general market.
Now we have a merger with Min Sec, having a controlling 45% (approx) and not one cent premium paid
I predict that this stock will not increase in value in the short term and question whether the merger will be voted for.
interesting times ahead.
Oh and i sold my 125000 shareholding today.
Thankfully i have held for nearly 12 months, so not damaged as long as i do not think of the $1.00 plus price some months ago.(Greed is a terrible thing for a trader)
