These changes were anticipated by Environmental Clean Technologies (ESI) and are not expected to result in a material change to its ongoing R&D programs or proposed Indian project. The company said that it was well prepared for changes of this type, pre-emptively structuring its R&D financing and Indian project to mitigate the impact of such legislative changes
