fast food hard business to run and make profits

I have spoken to a number of franchise owners of fast food outlets, they all tell me it is not for the faint hearted as it is hard to make money.

These people are "owner operators", had to go through a selection process to ensure they measured up (psychometric testing) and have their own money on the line.

Oliver's has staff and while I am sure most try hard it is not the same as the owner operator who is constantly on site overviewing every aspect of the business.

Oliver's food is very expensive and in my opinion is grossly overpriced and has reached a price point of some customer rejection as per customer reviews. In other words they are losing some customers rather than retaining all of them.

Oliver's is not the holy grail of healthy food as others catch up with better, tastier and cheaper food options. Look at McDonalds.

I am concerned that customer loyalty will fade as other options are promoted and Oliver's will be simply be seen as an expensive "one day wonder".

The logistics and cost of getting food to outlets, owner operators not on site guiding the staff (see some reviews of customers complaining about some staff) and customers spending up to approximately $70 on food for 4 has no appeal to me.

I feel the only people that will make money out of Oliver's is their Management staff with their inflated salaries.

You cannot keep relying on buying the odd property and hope to on sell it for a profit by inflating the rent figure.
