    if axt hits 10 cents i would be very pleased as i have 50 grand ready to pump into AXT.

    50 grand at 10 cents would make me a top 20 shareholder.

    they have $7 million in cash alone. there current market cap is $9 million.

    it can not really get much cheaper.
