WP said there will be no more dilutive CR's.
If they offer a 1 for 1 share offer and every shareholder takes their entitlement, we will raise a lot of money, hopefully clear the loans (at 11.75% interest) and no one will be diluted.
It isn't compulsory to participate, so if you think it's a bad idea, don't get involved. If you think AHZ has a bad future, sell now. If you think (as I do) that AHZ's future is bright, buy more shares and hold.
