after the rise in january it retraced 50% of the rise, which was also the previous high, and now looks to be forming new uptrend.
it looks like 3.2 been tested and now support again
one of the black trendlines from jan has risen up with it, and may leave it behind with the increase in strength

nice long consolidation since 2011 and then retested an old high at 3.3 now for the second time. Stronger buying interest coming back and think this time perhaps.
not much resistance above it for awhile
am also wondering if it could qualify for a long term cup n handle, since July 2011, in the process of completing? around 7 cent target if so
or a bit of a stretch time wise on the pattern?
15 YEAR WEEKLY ...
shows some repeating ranges, dark green and dark blue, going back for 15 years. Have marked both ranges on the chart as possibilities.
