There has been at least one here in the past that has even stated that they made their statements to try and drop the share price and they are gone from here. I do not believe DL is bluffing at all and many of us have been sick and tired of various emotional posters in the past that post rubbish without evidence.

Only one has been named thus far but I expect a few posters to disappear from this forum. The burden of proof lies in what the posters make. If they cannot prove their emotional suppositions, they will be done.

This should be a warning to some that want to post emotionally rather than factually. We live in a “I want now” world when things take time. Impatient posters will be dealt with as they should, and I have no problem with that. People on this forum should rely on facts rather than unsubstantiated claims.

We have enough announcements from the company and much information to digest posted by Rayz about historical references and the like. When it becomes personal either to DL or the Company Artemis because of impatience I think a few people here should pull their heads in and understand the opportunity they have been given rather than imagine a quick buck.

So today we know that ARV will be selling it’s Novo shares! That is great in my mind as cash in hand will start the boat sailing on all projects in the JV and others that are not counted in the Novo JV.

I have read so many posts by various posters in the past that I cringed at. Reason being, someone tried to do me for defamation once for a FB post. I supplied evidence and we settled out of court. I don’t believe that any posters that have had anything bad to say about this company have legs to stand on. The Court does not listen to emotion at all and relies on facts.

Funny thing is management of the companies that often take these actions or actively encourage the idea that they will take action against posters for defamation or injurious falsehoods only ever do so when in their opinion posted statements are causing damage to the share price or to their reputation.

I have yet to see a single company CEO or GM pull anyone up on posting absolute lies when it is on the ramping side of the ledger. They seem to be happy to let that happen.
